What are the Design Advantages of the New Connection Mode of Shunts?

The innovation and development of artificial intelligence technology has brought about the emergence of many intelligent technologies. In the smart home industry, the rise of smart meters is also a highlight of the industry. In the development process of smart meters, more requirements and strict screening of upstream electronic components are also carried out. What needs to be solved in the traditional smart meter is a series of problems in the electric meter shunt, such as conductive heating, loosening of the shunt and maintenance.
Technological advances are often driven by demand. As the demand for smart meters becomes more stringent, shunts are beginning to enter new designs to change some of the problems that existed in the past. The installation mode of the new splitter is quite different from the traditional splitter. Its advantages are as follows:
(1) The shunt can be connected reliably, has a large contact area, does not need to be punched, does not change the shape of the conductor, and does not cause the resistance of the contact portion to become large due to production and installation, resulting in heat generation.
(2) The shunt is elastic material in the elastic steel card, and will not loosen due to bumps, vibrations, etc.
(3) The shunt is easy to install and easy to repair.
(4) The shunt can detect the abnormality of the relay shunt and terminal connection during the calibration process to determine whether the meter will heat up here.
(5) Through the shunt link mode, the meter that can generate heat can be directly screened through the process of calibration in the production process, thereby ensuring the stability of product quality.
Through the above points, we can clearly understand the advantages of this shunt in the smart meter, and can solve various problems that the shunt has installed in the past using screw holes. Using this shunt allows smart meters to perform more in smart home systems while also ensuring longer life of smart meters
