Which Products in Real Life are Resistors Applied to?

The resistor has four functions, namely voltage divider, shunt, impedance matching and filtering. There are many types of resistors. We usually have fixed resistors, variable resistors, special resistors, RT-type carbon film resistors, RJ-type metal film resistors, RX-type wirewound resistors, chip resistors, high-power resistors, and low-power resistors. So how many types of resistors are used in our production?
First, the resistor has a shunt function and is often used in a variety of circuits for the distribution of current, this application is widely used, can be seen in many products.
Second, the resistance should be used for the volume adjustment circuit of the radio and amplifier, the bias circuit of the semiconductor tube operating point and the step-down circuit. On the line of the USB to serial port, the two resistors are often used to obtain a 3.3V or 2.8V serial port.
