The automotive grade resistors have the characteristic of ±25ppm/ ℃ ~ ±50ppm/ ℃ TCR and 0.1%~1.0% tolerance. Due to the special high temperature resistance film material and surface passivation technology, the product has excellent high temperature resistance and long-term stability. Resistors are tested in the environmental test conditions of AEC-Q200 constituting on the basis of  MIL-STD-202 and JEDEC22A-104 specifications. The test temperature of different parts vary, and the requirements of applying power supply (voltage, current, load) will also be different. High temperature storage is not applied bias voltage and load, but at high temperature working condition, temperature cycle and temperature shock are needed to detect the stability of the gauge resistance.
