What's the Advantage of Producing Manganese-Copper Resistor?

High-precision Mn-Cu resistance alloy narrow ribbon is the core resistance material of various electrical instrument shunt elements. Manganese copper resistance can be used in all kinds of instrument relay, automobile relay, meter relay and so on. In the traditional process of resistance element, Mn-Cu flat strip resistance element is made up of large size Mn-Cu sheet (or strip) after punching forming and copper guide plate is made up of "overlap welding". The resistance element of mn-Cu flat strip is composed of large-size Mn-Cu sheet (or strip) after blanking and forming. The biggest disadvantage of this process is that the consumables are very large, and it can be seen that half of the resistive materials are wasted by overlap. Secondly, because this kind of sheet is rolled with manganese copper sheet (strip), the dimensional tolerance is difficult to grasp and the deviation is large. It has a direct effect on the accuracy of the components.


The new process of using high-precision manganese-copper resistance alloy  as resistance element can be made up of resistance element directly with copper guide plate by "horizontal joint welding" without punching forming, and the resistance element can be made up of high-precision manganese-copper resistance alloy ribbon. The new process of using high precision Mn-Cu resistance alloy narrow flat band as resistance element can make up resistance element directly with copper guide plate by "cross-welding". A series of high performance requirements such as narrow flat band with smaller dimensional tolerance are required to ensure all aspects of resistance element requirements after welding with copper guide plate. At the same time, it can be seen that there is no overlap between the copper guide plate and the resistance material, which greatly reduces the amount of material used. Its saving material can reach more than 50%.

In order to overcome the defects existing in the existing technology of high precision Mn-Cu resistance alloy narrow flat band, a new type of resistance alloy narrow flat band material is developed. The resistance temperature system of high precision Mn-Cu alloy resistance is smaller, the resistivity change is small, and the material is saved, and the resistance temperature system of high precision Mn-Cu alloy resistance is small. With the advantages of uniform size and so on, the fabrication method of the new precision Mn-Cu resistance alloy narrow flat strip has been developed.

The high-precision manganese-copper resistance produced by this kind of resistance alloy can occupy a certain advantage in the market. Because of the high precision of the resistance material, the Mn-Cu resistance is more widely used than the ordinary alloy resistance, and it can be widely used in more high-end instruments.
