Copper-manganese alloy materials have been used in the early days to manufacture resistors. These alloy resistors are characterized by high sensitivity, fast response, good linearity, and small temperature coefficient of resistance. They are very suitable for making ultra-high pressure sensors.
2. Alloy resistance produced by Constantan alloy
Constantan alloy is a copper-nickel alloy composed of 55% copper and 45% nickel (Cu55Ni45). The properties of the constantan alloy are not easy to change with temperature and have high electrical resistivity. The resistance produced by the constantan wire has a low temperature coefficient of resistivity and a medium resistivity, and the general resistivity is 0.48 μΩ•m.
3. Alloy resistance produced by copper-nickel alloy
Alloy resistances produced from copper-nickel alloys can be used in many applications. These alloy resistors have high strength, corrosion resistance, hardness, electrical resistance and pyroelectricity, and reduce the temperature coefficient of resistivity.
