The situation of key electronic components in military equipment is becoming more and more serious, especially in the production and application of military grade resistors. It is difficult for military equipment to use imported military grade resistive products, and there are many problems in the aspects of safety hidden danger, quality risk and so on. In recent years, China has invested more and made great progress in localization substitution of electronic components. However, there are still some problems in the domestic substitution of electronic components due to the different efforts of various units in the domestic production substitution of electronic components.
China's military grade resistance production started late. In the early days, it was mainly imitated imported electronic components. Limited by various objective conditions and intellectual property protection of imported military grade resistors, imitating military grade resistors cannot guarantee design, materials and processes are identical with imported military grade resistors, and due to incomplete parameter system, the test coverage of performance index is incomplete, and there may still be unstimulated defects in the tested qualified military grade resistors.
In order to meet the needs of miniaturization, military equipment selected a part of imported surface mount military grade resistance. Due to the difference of tube-shell process and other reasons, there may be the problem that packaging can not be fully compatible when replacing military grade resistance with domestic production. At the same time, considering the development progress and technical risk of military grade resistance, the units of the whole machine mostly choose the in-situ replacement localization scheme, and most of the application verification tests are performance, process and environmental adaptability verification. Military grade resistance is difficult to expose problems caused by pin or process mismatch.
Apart from space resistor, China's military-class resistance lacks a well-established evaluation method for the consistency of the product lot and the consistency of the batch and other products. The military-level resistance development unit lacks the method of fine evaluating the quality level of components, and some of the military-level resistors meet the use requirements in the first verification and the first batch of applications, and the individual batches cannot meet the use requirements during the subsequent batch delivery.
